How can I get to the hotel?

I plan to be late. Until what time can I check-in?
You can check-in 24 hours a day
Is the entrance to the hotel open at night?
You can enter and leave the hotel at any time of the day and night. Our reception is active 24 hours a day.
What time can I enter the room?
The time of entry to the room is from 14:00.
If you arrive earlier, you can leave your luggage, enjoy our facilities and go making the necessary arrangements at reception.

What time should I leave the room?
The check-out time of the room is until 12:00 maximum. We have the option of reserving LATE CHECK OUT (until 5:00 p.m.) at a cost of €30 per room. (This Late check out will always be subject to the availability of the establishment and giving notice one day in advance)
If I contract half board or club select and on the day of arrival I don't arrive in time to make the first dinner, can I replace it with another meal?
If you do not arrive on time for the first dinner, you must notify the hotel well in advance and you can replace it with another meal (lunch), in the event that you have half board. There is also the option of requesting in advance that we prepare a cold dinner for you when you arrive at the hotel, by contacting the hotel
What does the Half Board include?
Includes breakfast and dinner. (Drinks not included).
What hours does the restaurant have?
The Hotel Dwo Sirius has a buffet restaurant that offers breakfast service (8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.), lunch* (1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.) and dinner (7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.).

Are drinks included with meals?
Drinks are not included with meals, except on the Club Select basis.
I have a food intolerance. Can I eat at the hotel buffet?
Our staff is qualified to offer food suitable for people with food intolerances or allergies. You just have to notify us in the comments of your reservation and/or directly at the hotel
Can the Parking be reserved? What additional cost does it have?
The hotel has outdoor non-guarded parking. The price is €7 per day and a deposit of €30 must be made at reception. If you book through our official website, parking is free.
Is the outdoor pool heated?
The outdoor pool is not heated.
Do you have a bar in the pool area?
We have our Pool Bar, open from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. where apart from all kinds of drinks, you can enjoy snacks, pizzas, hamburgers and ice creams
What is the minimum age to access the hotel?
The minimum age to stay at the hotel is 16 years, as it is adults only. Therefore, children under 16 years of age will not be able to access.

Does the hotel have a Fitness Room?
The hotel has a fitness room with different weight machines, dumbbells, 2 exercise bikes and an elliptical. Gym hours: Monday to Sunday from 08:00 to 20:00 (free)
Is there a set timetable to consume drinks and snacks if I book an all inclusive stay?
Yes, the hours for drinks are from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and for snacks from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
